Arzen Ink : Exclusive is an artist-maintained mailing list. For only $2.00 USD per month, subscribers get the first look at all my new sketches, works in progress, and finished drawings. This mailing list represents the entirety of the artwork I complete, as I complete it, in a given work week. Everything is 100% exclusive - I will not be sharing the images available through this mailing list on any other website with the exception of Inkbunny.net, where small (200x200) censored preview images will be displayed for prints.
New subscribers may request back archives for $3.00 each. Each archive file contains all of a given month's progress. These archives are NOT stored online! They are sent to you via email attachment from my own computer. To request back archives, simply send an email to kierstal@gmail.com listing the date range you would like to receive. Payment for archive files is handled through AlertPay.
I will still be maintaining my galleries at FurAffinity and DeviantART, but they will rarely updated, small-resolution, and non-exclusive.
Terms of Service
By subscribing to the mailing list, you certify and agree that:
- You are 18 years of age or older, it is legal in your region to view erotic material, and you will not make Arzen Ink's exclusive material available to minors or other individuals for whom viewing adult material is illegal.
- You are voluntarily requesting adult material solely for personal entertainment and will not redistribute the material received through the mailing list in any manner, digital or otherwise, without written permission from the artist.
- You will not assume that images or content received through this mailing list indicates release of publication/distribution rights and/or that your subscription gives you as an individual any rights aside from personal viewing of the current content of the mailing list.
- You will not use Arzen Ink's exclusive materials for illegal or hateful purposes.
- You may not subscribe to this mailing list to gather material to start or support any legal action against the owners, host, or artists of this site.
- You will not harass the artist nor send unsolicited email to the mailing list address.
CONTENT :: Drawings may be of human, elven, anthropomorphic, and other fantasy species in various settings and situations. Images feature primarily females. Lots of F/F and M/F content.
COMPLETION :: Images you receive may be of any subject matter, rating, or completion, and will vary from one week to the next. One week may be entirely sketches, another week may contain several finished works. This exclusive content comprises all of Kierstal's progress on artwork for any given week, and are not guaranteed to follow any consecutive order or pattern. Content is digital media.
MATURITY RATINGS :: Images will be primarily cheesecake & pin-up style paintings, with a decent smattering of couples and group scenes of both soft- and hard-core variety.
IMAGE SIZE :: Sketches and concept images will be limited to a resolution of 800x600 pixels MINIMUM. Finished works will be NO LESS than 1280x1024 pixels. Detail shots for finished works may be included that do not count against the weekly image count.
Refund & Privacy Policy
REFUNDS :: If a subscription is cancelled within the first week of membership, BEFORE the first artwork mailing is sent out by the artist, the subscription amount for that month may be refunded. No refunds for subscriptions cancelled after artwork has been sent.
Additionally, if - without prior notice - the artist fails to send a mailing out on time (before 12:01 AM EST on Sundays), or if a mailing contains less than 5 unique images, that month will be refunded to all subscribers. If notice of lateness is at least 1 week in advance, this refund is not available. Subscribers are automatically refunded if the artist takes personal or medical leave from drawing and cannot maintain the mailing list content.
PRIVACY :: Arzen Ink collects only your email address and name. All other information is discarded. Your information is not sold or given to any third parties or individuals. Emails containing attachments are sent to the address the customer specifies. All emails are free of spyware, malware, keyloggers, and viruses. Communications through the mailing list are not posted on the website or in any other public place.
Prints for Arzen Ink : Exclusive are handled through Inkbunny.net, and their refund & privacy policies apply.
